Lomela Hydroquinone Tretinoin & Mometasone Furoate Cream in Dubai
The Lomela cream is a three-in-one cream used in treating melasma and other forms of hyperpigmentation on the skin. Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Mometasone Furoate are the active components present in this cream; each of them has its role in improving the appearance of the skin.
The first active component, Hydroquinone works by reducing the production of Melanin which leads to dark spots on the skin. The second ingredient Tretinoin is Vitamin A which works to speed up the rate at which skin cells shed thus helping to improve the quality of the skin. The third component Mometasone Furoate decreases redness and irritation of the skin.
The Lomela cream can be used in the treatment of melasma, inflammatory hyperpigmentation, sun-related hyperpigmentation, and dark spots on the skin. Regular application according to instructions and protecting your skin from sun light will lead to improvement in skin coloration.
How to use
- Wash the affected area with a mild cleanser and allow the skin to dry completely.
- Apply a small amount in a thin layer only over the dark or pigmented areas, preferably once daily at night.
- Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, nostrils, broken skin and unaffected surrounding areas. Wash your hands after application.
- Apply sunscreen every morning and minimise direct sunlight. Use only for the recommended short treatment period.
